They made purchasing a vehicle an easy painless process. I’ve purchased my 2021 GMC Acadia on March 19, 2021. The whole process took less than 2 1/2 hours from beginning to ending. Jhett my sales consultant took full charge of getting all my personal items from my old vehicle to my new vehicle which included a child’s car seat. He did this task while I was conducting the all the paperwork with another employee. So that when I was through with all the paperwork my car was ready to go and Jhett was there ready to show me all the bells and whistle‘s and get me on the road plus a full tank of gas! Carters may be a small town dealership but it was a very busy dealership with several customers purchasing their vehicles from them on a Thursday afternoon which I found remarkable. I saw no one walking away with out a new/different vehicle. Everyone seem to take a personal touch to my experience. As I was just about the depart Trevor walked to my car to make sure everything was OK and then thanked me for purchasing my vehicle with Carters. Everyone at Carters was very likable. I will definitely purchase from Carters again!!! Thanks Jhett, Jack & Trevor Jhett at all times treated me with dignity and respect. A confident light hearted gentleman. More

Trevor was awesome. It was my first time to ever purchase a vehicle but I had been to other dealerships in the past. Any other dealership I've been to has tried to talk me out of what I was there for and pre a vehicle but I had been to other dealerships in the past. Any other dealership I've been to has tried to talk me out of what I was there for and pressure me into buying a different vehicle and I always left upset. Trevor was not a typical salesman. Trevor was more like a friend just walking me through the process. Trevor never tried to talk me out of the vehicle I said I wanted and he never tried to pressure me into looking at something different. I had talked to him prior to comming and when I arrived at the dealership he had the vehicle ready for me to test drive. I was in and out in two hours. Grant handled the paperwork side of everything and explained everything in the simplest way possible. Grant was also honest and didn't try to talk my into buying any expensive and unnecessary warranties. I will be back to carter when um ready to buy again and I doubt that I will ever go to any other dealership to buy a car. More
