Doug in finance was very professional no pressure, smooth efficient process. Last fall we had a strange electrical problem on our 23 Tahoe two other big dealers had never heard of the problem. Another couldn’t find the code. Even though we didn’t buy the Tahoe from Carter’s they got us in quick found the problem had the part fixed done no problem since.
