I believe they are very short staffed in the svc'g dept. Loosing power while driving the GSP is no joke in a car that is less than 2 yrs old. I have been to this dealer several times and always had a great experience, with this past trip being exceptional. At first, I had an appointment for Saturday. The drop-down online allowed us to book an appo great experience, with this past trip being exceptional. At first, I had an appointment for Saturday. The drop-down online allowed us to book an appointment for a recall. But, once I got there, I was told they cannot do that on the weekend. I worked with Trevor, who assured me he would make up for it and take care of me. We arranged for me to come back the following Friday morning and drop off my vehicle before work. In addition to the recall, I asked if they could check out my van in general and fix the rear windshield wiper. This was all done timely and I was able to pick up the van at lunch. Additionally, Trevor called me to let me know the findings of the inspection. He was very honest about the suggestions and when they really needed to be addressed. He was kind and understanding throughout the entire process as well. The experience at this dealership, and with Trevor in particular, made the error over the weekend a blip on the radar. I always hear the suggestion never to take your car to a dealer because they will try to milk you for everything. However, I have absolutely not found that to be the place here, but rather have found it to be the exact opposite. I very highly recommend this dealership, particularly if you ask for Trevor! More
