He was excellent explaining features during our final walk through, as well as programming my phone with the Ford Pass App. On line credit app was completed prior to my visit which saved time. Most hassle free experience ever! I have never been so at ease with buying a vehicle before. I never liked having to play the numbers games and the waiting game. Our salesman Chris t I have never been so at ease with buying a vehicle before. I never liked having to play the numbers games and the waiting game. Our salesman Chris took the time to work with my wife and find us the vehicle we were looking for without the games. They were able to get everything done , up to the signing part, working together with no issues. Chris and my wife Michelle then drove the new truck to my place of business to show me our new truck, and to pick me up and take me back to the dealership to sign papers. I was literally, in and out of there in less than 20 minutes. What an awesome experience. Thank you folks at Northside Ford for treating us like family. More
