Finance and sales will try to screw you! Lots of secrecy and double talk. I have never had a car buying experience go so wrong and I am still finding out things they pullled a month later. Give them a honest survey on the Ford survey and they will try to get you to enhance your survey with petty car washes and free line jobs. They are trying to keep a refund from unused warranty on my trade in as part of the payment for my new truck. I specially told them no and they snuck it in anyway. I have been waiting and checking the mailbox for a month for that rebate which was close to $3000 only to call today and find out they were trying to keep it. The finance manager even told me during closing that i was getting a refund back from the warranties and also my gap insurance from the previous loan. I have not received one cent. When I called he said it was a separate form to sign that said I was forfeiting the refund. I have no such form in my paperwork. He said we could take it off and the loan and payment would go up even though I agreed on an amount to be financed on the buyers order. Shady does not do justice to this dealership. I warn anyone and everyone to stay away and I mean far away! More

Carl had pulled them off the lot and parked them off by themselves, so when we went to look at them there was no looking all over the lot to find the two I was interested in. We went into his office and went over prices, and my trade. There was no pressure to buy now. After I decided on which one I wanted, Carl did up the deal and I went to finance. Carl went over the truck features with me and I was on my way. This is the first time I have ever gone on a site to write a review after purchasing a vehicle, usually I'm just glad the process is over. Carl did a very good job. 5 STARS Carl!!!! More
