I came in on a snowy day to check out a vehicle I saw listed online and worked with Abu on the sales team. What really stood out was that while I was sitting down with him, another customer who had already bought a car there stopped in for a coffee and strongly recommended Abu. That immediately gave me confidence I was working with the right person. I told Abu I was a serious buyer and wanted a realistic, straightforward deal. In about 45 minutes we had everything agreed on and shook hands—I was very happy with the purchase. The entire experience was smooth from start to finish: sales, paperwork, and finance were all professional and efficient.
