Service person was great as far as keeping me informed. The time it took to perform the work was a little extensive. I waited for the car for 3.5 hours. I did have the detail done which she told me could take an extra hour. Then I get an email when I'm leaving they inspected and valued my car for a trade in. I never asked for that and I know it takes a good 45 min to accomplish this. Not good when I have to wait for something I didn't ask for. More

I love bringing our car for service at Germain! I travel 175 miles each way but it is absolutely worth it!
