Best buying experience ever!! I was looking to trade my car and get into a new car pretty quickly. The day before visiting Russell & Smith I was haggling with a nearby Toyota deale I was looking to trade my car and get into a new car pretty quickly. The day before visiting Russell & Smith I was haggling with a nearby Toyota dealer. Fortunately, I did some more research and found R&S. It was a hard decision between Camry and Accord, but thanks to the excellent service that I received from Tray Prince, the decision to buy from Russell & Smith was easy!! The process was faster than any previous car buying experience and I have nothing but good things to say. More

The best car lot I visited. I have visited quite a few. I came in close to closing my co worker dropped me off as I have been searching for a car of my own since my bad divorce. He took my car and I have be I came in close to closing my co worker dropped me off as I have been searching for a car of my own since my bad divorce. He took my car and I have been without a car. It was several peopl sitting around front desk, hour was late and store would be closing not sure what time. only one person and myself was purchasing a car, Karan was the only salesperson who stood up and greeted me with a nice smile and handshake. I almost walked out because the others just stared as if the hour was late and they wanted to go home. I work in The emergency dept at Houston Methodist Hospital as a Registered Nurse, BSN. I work late long hours. Karan Patel was the most nicest salesperson I met. He made me coffee and he even warmed up and gave me Kentucky chicken as I had not eaten yet. He is what a salespersom should be. He cared about me, He told me about inqiuries that I didn't know could effect your credit. Tre the manager was also the most welcome person and acted same as Karan Patal. I am still working out the details and I need a car in the worst way. My prayers is that you all allow me to put the $15000.00 down on my vehicle. I want the banks to know that even though my credit score says low, I am not what my credit score says and I am also working diligently to work on my scores to get them disputed or paid off. Karan Patal and Tre I love them and I say hats off I have referred three people to go see KaranPatal he is the greatest.!!!! I also had the pleaseure of speaking with Dino, he too was excellent!!! Karan Patel, I loved how he got up no hesitation when all the others stared and he greeted me like I was his family.
