After totaling my Audi, I was. ..well, distraught to say the least. It was my favorite car I've ever owned, from the way it drove, to the way it looked, Perfect. So when I wrapped it around a telephone pole, my heart sank. I called up CarSmart in hopes they would have just any A6 on the lot, and sadly, they did not at the time; however, when I gave Shawn my story, he took it upon himself to find me my exact car. I'll be honest, I thought it was a shot in the dark at first, but to my surprise, I received a phone call not even 2 days later from Shawn, stating how he had found a close mimic to the A6 I had. He sent me the pictures, and I was head over heels. Shawn found exactly what I was looking for in what felt like no time. As soon as the vehicle touched down and had been serviced by their service center, I was in and out of the dealership in no more than 30 minutes. Horrifically scummy dealership. They added on additional charges after already settling on an out the door price and forced me to pay more than what I signed for initially.
