The team was professional, courteous, and extremely thorough. They were fair with the pricing and transparent throughout the process. One touch I really appreciated was the excellent video they sent me at the end of the visit, which summarized the work performed and included a clear visual inspection of the underbody of the car. It was informative, detailed, and reflected the care and pride they take in their work. Over the years, Autohaus has consistently demonstrated strong ethics in servicing our family’s two BMWs.
