Trini Gallegos was my sales associate. I purchased a certificate 2017 Corolla for a good price. There was no pressure. I was car shopping alone in Santa Fe, and was not trading in my vehicle. Not a problem: Trini ensured that all certified vehicle paperwork was completed and delivered to my home in Albuquerque with the car when scheduled. It's only been one week and Trini has contacted me twice to make sure that I am still satisfied. I do not remember the name of the man that help with the final paperwork. He offered me some extra warranty packages, but he never made me feel uncomfortable, or perturbed. I said no thank you; he was not pushy. I do not plan on purchasing another vehicle tomorrow, but if I had that plan, I would return to Toyota of Santa Fe and ask to work with Trini. More

No 'Buddy in this Business' and Worst Car Buying Experience. We were serious about buying a vehicle, and found one we liked. We were in the process of negotiating a price when they suddenly sold it out from und We were serious about buying a vehicle, and found one we liked. We were in the process of negotiating a price when they suddenly sold it out from under us to another customer who arrived after us. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I would not trust Trini Gallegos, Sean Starkweather or Kirk Kapple in a purchase again. We spent hours waiting on a response to our counter-offer. All the while they were negotiating with a second buyer!!! The manager on duty, Lee Roybal, was somewhat sympathetic, and said the General Manager would be contacting us the following day. We never received a call back. SHAMELESS and UNTRUSTWORTHY. There was certainly no "Buddy in the Business" for us at Toyota of Santa Fe. Bottom line - we went back to Albuquerque and bought a vehicle that same day from American Toyota, where we had an excellent experience. More

I did not buy from Trini as my price was a ridiculous low offer. My broker found me exactly what trini had also found me during my search. Although I did not purchase from Trini, I look forward to seeing him when I take my Highlander in for service. I recommend Trini Gallegos when you're shopping for a vehicle. I feel when you're shopping you get too many sales people telling you what you want to hear. I found Mr Gallegos, you don't get that and is a straight shoother, knowlegable, honest and amazing over all. If I had not been quoted a price by my broker I would've definitely purchased from Trini.
