The first time I went in, it was really busy and there was a long line for oil changes. So, found out when the best time/day and tried again. Bingo! I have been unhappy with your service for quite some time. Some of your employees give poor service. I had the oil changed a short while back and waited nearly three hours after I was told by phone serv time. Some of your employees give poor service. This was the very worst service I have ever experienced in my life. From forgotten follow-ups, to terrible communication if or when it did happen. Quoted $900 to have the work done. and when they explai in my life. From forgotten follow-ups, to terrible communication if or when it did happen. Quoted $900 to have the work done. and when they explained the service to me, they told me I needed to replace my bumper. This had NOTHING to do with the repair of my AC. I finally told them to not touch my car & took it to another local dealership who did an amazing job communicating and delivered superior service - my cost $487 WOW! More
