Could have been much better For coming back to buy a second vehicle I thought the experience would have been even better than the first but not so much. I don't think there was time where we ever felt like a valued customer. If it was not for the vehicle itself that we felt would be a great fit for our family I would have left. It took almost three hours for the whole process for a early Tuesday morning and not very people there. Not sure if that is normal but it felt like a long time. Before we even said we wanted the vehicle we were already getting e-mails and text message about congratulating us on our purchase and how to set things up. It felt like the dealership was pushing us even harder to decide. After we finished with the finance group we never saw sales again. No thank you for the business, congrats on the new vehicle, let us know if there is anything else you may need. The car was almost empty on gas I thought at least we could have got a full tank. Unfortunately this will be my last time buying a vehicle from Belzers. More

I would recommend this place to anyone within an eye sight’s range of this review! I drove 8 hours, round drive, and even stayed at a resort in the cities, because of the weather, and still saved a coup sight’s range of this review! I drove 8 hours, round drive, and even stayed at a resort in the cities, because of the weather, and still saved a couple thousand dollars on my 2020 Kia Forte, compared the Kia dealership in my hometown. This is an amazing dealership, along with an even more amazing staff. Again, I would recommend this dealership to anyone, especially in the Midwest area! More

I lost my vehicle due to an accident and I dreaded another long drawn out day at the dealership. I called and spoke with Trisha about a vehicle I saw online, she made an immediate appointment with me and had the vehicle ready for a test drive upon my arrival.
