Tristan the salesman was nice. Sales manager and finance department is a joke. A used vehicle sale should not take 6 hours. We even offered to pay CASH and it still took this long. The warranty guy was very department is a joke. A used vehicle sale should not take 6 hours. We even offered to pay CASH and it still took this long. The warranty guy was very demanding and aggressive after I told him no several times. If I can afford to pay cash for a car I will pay to fix it. Having my wife and kids in tears is not pleasant. I appreciate the Honda service center, they took great care of our needs. I bought a used GMC 2014 from Ames dealership and a month later found out there was no no oil in my car and it was running terribl care of our needs. I bought a used GMC 2014 from Ames dealership and a month later found out there was no no oil in my car and it was running terrible! The sale man told me everything had been done prior to buying vehicle the service center got me in right away and did an oil change at no cost! Thanks Honda Service center! More
