When I bought my slightly used 2020 RAV 4 Hybrid at Royal Moore, the customer service was excellent. In March, I went to the car wash, and one of my sensors got pushed in, so I went to have it fixed, and Gre Moore, the customer service was excellent. In March, I went to the car wash, and one of my sensors got pushed in, so I went to have it fixed, and Gresham Toyota was so honest, that they told me that another sensor had come loose, and fallen in to the bumper as it wasn’t attached properly, and suggested that I go back to Royal Moore for correction. So I went back to Royal Moore to have them deal with the issue as it was improperly attached by one of their employees years ago, and they did an amazing job. They took care of me, owned their mistake, and honestly, it was one of the best customer service experiences that I’ve had. I love my car and it runs perfectly! Carmen was absolutely incredible. Carmen was kind, caring, and really put my needs first. He deserves a raise 🌺. I most definitely will be back to Royal Moore for my next vehicle. Professional, knowledgeable, willing to help with service questions. I’m one who is very, very hesitant to ever trust dealerships for so many obvious reasons, but I needed help after a very disappointing exp questions. I’m one who is very, very hesitant to ever trust dealerships for so many obvious reasons, but I needed help after a very disappointing experience with my recent vehicle purchase from another dealership. Ugh, I could just cry. But, Tristen and Royal Moore Toyota are helping me to right some of the wrongs that this other dealership should inarguably have stepped up immediately to fix. More to come on this review as we work together, but I want to thank Royal Moore Toyota and Tristen and Mike and all of the team whom have stepped up to help so far. More
