Good experience and got the truck I wanted. I’ve had 4 F-150s over the past 40 years with each one around 10 years old and over 300,000 miles. This is now my 5th. I’ll see you in 10 years. I purchased a used f150. Not much they could do considering my credit score on financing, and I understand that and accept it. The problem I have is we are in Florida. I checked everything out , test drove etc. The air conditioning worked great. The next morning after taking it home, it was a little chilly out and the heat did not work. I contacted them less than 24 hours later about the issue. They gave me an appointment, And I came in a day later. They had me wait several hours and tell me its the auxiliary water pump. Cost will be $900, but because it was only a day since buying they “would help me out” and only charge $450. I am a mechanic, and subsequently checked it out myself. The problem was not the aux water pump but a heater core bypass valve. I fixed the truck for $65 and an hour of my time. I am sure they would have changed the auxiliary pump, it would not have worked, and then they would have charged another $500 for the valve I diagnosed. Be careful More

The salesperson was professional and helpful, which is why I rated him 5 stars. However, my overall experience with the dealership was disappointing. The online advertisement showed a very large discou why I rated him 5 stars. However, my overall experience with the dealership was disappointing. The online advertisement showed a very large discount on the vehicle, but when I arrived at the dealership I was told that the advertised amount included several special discounts (military, teacher, healthcare, etc.) that most customers do not qualify for. This was not clearly explained online. The process took several hours and the pricing was confusing. Although I eventually purchased the vehicle, the experience was frustrating and not transparent. Sales experience with the dealership was not positive. More

Everything went went well with buying my Ford Ranger. I discoverd a few chips in the paint on the front bumber. Called Tristian about it, and he set up a time for me to bring it in and have it fixed. Eve I discoverd a few chips in the paint on the front bumber. Called Tristian about it, and he set up a time for me to bring it in and have it fixed. Everything went smooth and you can't tell there was ever any chips. I appreciate the fact that no one tried to question me about it or try to get out of doing the repair. No one wants a brand new truck off the lot with chipped paint. Thanks for taking care of this. More
