We received notification of a recall. Scheduled an appointment 4 to 5 weeks in advance. Brought the car in for the appointment. Half an hour later we were told that the parts weren’t available and they would have to be ordered. You all told us to come in. We schedule the appointment and you didn’t prepare for us. I was thankful they could get me in on short notice. I felt the service and parts were very expensive and felt the team was looking to upcharge or add more work. I really did not like getting home to review my bill and find I was charged the 3.5% credit card fee when I specifically told Tristan I was using my debit card. But shame on me for not catching it.
