My vehicle wasn’t see for 2 days after I told it would be but wasn’t communicated this unless I called or reached out. It’s not in my nature, but when Triston said they didn’t have a battery in stock, I was convinced there was something else going on. How can a Jeep service department NOT carry a Jeep battery? Made no sense. Triston was a nice person but he didn’t communicate often enough as to why things weren’t moving along on my service. More
