There was no pressure and lots of encouragement by the two sales people to test drive multiple cars to make sure we selected the correct ones to fit our needs. We are very pleased with the financing and greatly appreciate the both thorough and efficient manner of the business end of purchasing two new cars. Thank Troy Cox for your calm nature and kind manner. Your wealth of knowledge made us very comfortable in our new purchases. Thank you Raque Bohatka for all the time you spent with us both educating us on the options available and discovering the multiple people we knew in common, especially Mike Whelan. An Enjoyable Afternoon I never thought I would say that about time spent buying a new car. But from the time we arrived at the dealership until the time we left with our new I never thought I would say that about time spent buying a new car. But from the time we arrived at the dealership until the time we left with our new Elantra, we actually enjoyed the experience. Troy greeted us at the door and made us feel comfortable. We talked about the cars and the models that we were looking at, shared some personal thoughts on buying a new car, took a couple of test drives, and picked out a car. Then comes the part that I usually hate - negotiations - ( SURPRISE ). Within 30 minutes we had the details worked out and were introduced to Shahid. He came in introduced himself, explained his part in the process, and worked his magic to secure our financing at the terms and payment that I had requested. Again I must say that these two professional gentlemen made an afternoon ENJOYABLE. When it comes time to upgrade to a newer model we will return to this dealership to deal with Troy and Shahid. More

I have been contemplating purchasing a new vehicle for about three months. Troy contacted me on multiple occasions, and while I was not always good at getting back to him, he persisted. When I finally got to the point where I was ready, I contacted him, and he made himself available to me at my convenience. I knew the exact vehicle I wanted to look at, and he immediately took me for a test drive. While he was looking at my trade-in, I waited in his office. Shahid came in to talk to me, and while I remembered he had sold me my previous vehicle, so did he, as well as all of the details of that visit, even though it was three years ago. He stayed and talked with me until Troy returned. I usually need my husband to co-sign for me, but Troy and Shahid were able to work out financing for me in my own name. That was such a cool thing for me! I came back to this dealership because my initial experience with Shahid had been positive, and the dealership continued to take care of me long after the purchase of my Genesis. I have dealt with several other dealerships in Pensacola, and had never been treated as well, and never went back to either one. I love cars, and tend to keep them no longer than three years, so I deal with a number of dealerships. This particular visit, Troy and Shahid treated me like family. I didn't feel like I was just another customer. They did everything possible to make it a pleasant experience, and I left feeling as if I was special. There is absolutely nothing they could have done better. I will recommend them and the dealership to anyone I know who might be in the market. This was also the only dealership I have ever worked with that had the same employees three years later. I recognized almost everyone I saw. I usually dread the whole experience of buying a car, but I had a good time that afternoon. There wasn't one second of that three hours where someone wasn't taking care of me. Once Troy turned me over to Shahid to complete the financing portion, everything was ready, and the process took very little time. I will continue to return to this dealership as long as people like Troy and Shahid are employed there. More

This dealership was by far the only one that stood by their word via phone conversations and treated us with extreme respect. Replacing a car is hard enough, but when you're forced to replace it due to an accident, stress levels are even more hectic. My name is Steven Abbott and I set out on a mission to buy a car on Dec 3, 2013 either used or new depending on what I could find. I really wanted a new car since I have only had 1 new car in my lifetime buy a car on Dec 3, 2013 either used or new depending on what I could find. I really wanted a new car since I have only had 1 new car in my lifetime and that was in 1983, but I could only keep it for 2 years because when I moved to Pensacola in 1985, I couldn't afford to keep it so I had to trade it in on a used one. So I was driving a 2002 Ford pickup and am planning a long drive up to WV to be with my family for Christmas, so instead of renting a 4WD or AWD SUV or something that would do well in the snow, I decided that day I was going to go and buy me a car. I had done all my research on consumer reports, google, etc. and I had picked out 4 vehicles I planned to look at that day. My first stop was Honda and I test drove a Honda CRV fully loaded and truly like the car but they didn't have my favorite color to order it in, but they did have a new pretty Mountain Air Blue/Green color they could get me one in from another dealer ASAP. But, my mission was to test drive and look at all 4 vehicles I had researched and thought I wanted to look at. The next place I visited was the Hyundai dealership because I have always liked the Santa Fe's and I have seen the orange color Santa Fe's around town, so I was hoping they would have one. My next stops were supposed to be to look at the KIA Sorrento and the Subaru Outback or Forrester. As I pulled into the parking lot, I looked around and didn't see any Orange Santa Fe's so I was immediately disappointed but parked and got out anyway because I at least wanted to look at them and test drive one. As soon as I stepped out of my car, a salesman name Troy Cox greeted me with a very warm smile and a handshake. I told him about my mission right away and I even mentioned the Honda I have found and where I planned to go next after there, but he insisted he could find me what I wanted. When I told him I couldn't see an orange Santa Fe on the lot where I was located, he said he thought he had exactly what I was looking for. And it was a new 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport FWD 2.0T and it was the only one like it on the lot and just so happend to be my favorite color of orange, so when he showed it to me he said "you won't need to go to KIA or SUBARU after looking at the car he showed me because he knew he could convince me into buying this car and not looking any more. And that was what happened. He took me for a test drive with my life parter Joseph, who also LOVED it almost as much as I did and Troy was so convincing and nice and the best car salesman I have ever worked with over the years that I bought it right on the spot and Troy was right when he said "I won't need to look any further at KIA OR SUBARU because I will love this car and it was went for me to have it because it is exactly what I was looking for and he will give me the best deal in town and even give me a fair price on my trade-in" and that is exactly what happend. I bought the car and was so excited as ever. And the finance guy Matt was super nice and very friendly too. He explained everything in detail just like Troy did with the car. I was SO SATISFIED and HAPPY to have another new car in my lifetime. All my family and friends love it and I had one friend tell me that they knew someone who was in a really bad accident recently in a car just like mine and the air bags saved their lives. It was also surprising and the first time this has ever happend to me, but the owner of the company, Allen Turner, came in and spoke with me and shook my hand to congratulate me and inform me of the continuing service I will receive from him personally and the dealership with the service on my new car and how much I will enjoy it and what a beautiful and unique car I just bought. That also meant a lot to me. So today, I am taking "PENNY" in for my outside and inside detail warranty workmanship and can't wait to go back and pick her up. I named her "PENNY" after my first dog, the first color of my car was orange and my favorite color, and the color on my new car is COPPER, so the perfect choice to name my car is PENNY. So that is the story of my car purchase and the best purchase I have ever made in a vehicle. More
