Second Great Experience This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from Allen Turner Hyundai. After over ten years in a Honda Civic, I decided to give the Elantra a try. I a This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from Allen Turner Hyundai. After over ten years in a Honda Civic, I decided to give the Elantra a try. I am extremely pleased with my Elantra and Luis were fantastic salesmen. They were not pushy and let us make the decision without trying to sway us either way. They were able to answer all of our questions and worked as quick as they could. I have now had my car about eight months and still love it. This second time my husband and I purchased the Santa Fe. My husband was not sold on Hyundai even though he likes my car, but after working with Troy and test driving two different Santa Fe model, he was pretty sold. It has only been a couple of hours but we are loving the SUV. Troy was as great as Lewis and Rob were, and Dominic our loan manager also answered all of our questions and didn't try to force feed us all of the different extended packages after we made our decision. My parents will be going to Allen Turner Hyundai here in a few months to make the switch from Toyota. More

Never once did I feel nerves, and Troy was straight with me from the start. He didn't promise me any thing that couldn't be done, and assured me that he had my family interests in mind. When Dominick Haymon closed the deal, there was no rush to sign the paperwork. There wasn't that feeling like he wanted me to hurry up and get out of the office. I was called back to the dealership for an error, i was kind of worried that something was wrong but Shahid Manzoor assured me that there was no problem and worked to keep everything great. The whole experience,.... when they speak with you, there is a feeling of belonging. When they speak to you, they do so with the effort to make sure you want to come back again and again. They invest their time in you and your future, and you feel like you belong there. Troy,Dominic and Shahid made it happen for my family. My family is forever thankful, and I look forward to continued visits with them. More

Third Hyundai Troy Cox and the other staff at the dealership worked via the Internet, phone, and in person to assist my wife and I in our purchase of a new 2017 Hyu Troy Cox and the other staff at the dealership worked via the Internet, phone, and in person to assist my wife and I in our purchase of a new 2017 Hyundai Tucson. The environment at the dealership was quiet and calm without pressure. We took two test drives and after deciding on a specific vehicle an offer was made to us and after hearing our thoughts a final deal was completed in 5 minutes. We made a deposit and returned the next day the dealership was open and the car was ready for delivery. Not only did the sales manager greet us more than once the owner himself took at least 5 minutes to talk with us and told us if we needed anything to contact him personally. We are very pleased with our new Tucson and look forward to our future relationship with Allen Turner Hyundai. More
