Fair price, no gimicks and no lies! Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and upfront. Didn't try to "sell" me the car, the car sold itself. Got the 2017 Sonata Sport with the value package. Similar size vehicles I looked at, at other dealerships, could not compare with what I got for the money. The same car at Eastern Shore Hyundai was 3 grand more. I watched the other salesman dealing with other customers and they paid just as close attention to them as Troy did me, even though they knew most were just looking around. The only hiccup I have was with the finance manager. When we didn't get any of the extra financing options he made us feel like we were wasting his time. The guy doesn't seem to be a people person. I would suggest also having your financing ready to go before visiting the store. We are refinancing through Navy Federal now. Other then that, I will be back when it's time for another car!....Also met that TV Star, Mr. Allen Turner himself. Great guy and actually showed us a few amenities about the car while Troy was taking care of our trade in. More
