The best new car buying experience I've had I was looking for used cars on autotrader.com when I saw that RC Hill had several new 2015 Outlander Sports for about the same price as used 2013s in I was looking for used cars on autotrader.com when I saw that RC Hill had several new 2015 Outlander Sports for about the same price as used 2013s in my city. I found what I wanted, put in my application online and was shortly contacted by Troy to figure out what would be the best car for me. I drove about 170 miles but it was well worth it! He found the car that would fit my desired payments and the color I wanted. Then the finance department got me a great loan considering my past credit issues. Really, the best experience I've had with new car shopping and I'd make the drive again! Kudos! More

From the moment I stepped on the lot at RC Hill, I was impressed. The car I had been looking at online was actually there, the price was what I expected. The sales staff was extremely knowledgeable (Mike gray has an Outlander himself). I did not give them much to work with as far as negotiating room, but boy did they pull thru and put a smile on my face. The payments were lower than I expected, and the terms were much better than anticipated. The entire staff did an amazing job of going out of there way to make sure I was taken care of, and I appreciate that. Now to the best part - my new car! I absolutely love it! It has every option I set out looking for - and then some! The peace of mind that RC Hill provides with the length of warranties really makes me feel secure knowing that they stand behind their product - and not just for the short haul, but for the life of the vehicle! I honestly did not even have the Outlander on my radar when I started my search months ago, but I am so happy with my choice. The best part is even though I spent a ton of money - my wife is happy - although we are now bickering about who gets to drive when we go out!!! Great Customer Service We had previously bought an Outlander from Troy Stoops. I brought my daughter in to try and trade in her car and reduce her monthly payment. I was not expecting to be able to get her in a new car and accomplish that. Troy was able to work out a good deal for us on a new Mitsubishi Mirage in my daughter's favorite color and significantly reduce her monthly payment.
