She picked up a brochure and we went back on April 28th, 2015 and completed our purchase that same day. We test drove one model which my Wife chose and we added some dealer installed accessories which I wanted and picked ;the car up a week later all completed, cleaned and ready to go, even a full tank of gas. There inventory is excellent and they go out of there way to explain everything in detail, answered all our questions, arranged financing and away we went with our new Outlander and I would highly recommend this dealership and Ernie to anyone looking to purchase a Mitsubishi automobile without question or reservation. Well now a year later and the clunker on its last leg, I decided to make the drive north to Deland. I am glad I did. The initial emails with Troy Stoops and phone calls were amazing. He ran my credit and it looked like we could make a deal. From the moment I walked into the dealership I was treated like a senior member of the British Royal Family. 90 min. later I was driving off the lot in my 2015 candy apple red Mirage. I love this car! Absolutely NO high pressure sales here. No back and forth, you either qualify or you don't. I am a customer for life! Thanks again Troy Stoops and Bob Young! She made an appointment for me with Troy, he was very informative and knowledgeable about the vehicle. The next day I picked up my new Outlander Sport. My only warranty issue was a minor wind noise and a crooked steering wheel. The service department did the repairs as well as a recall on a seatbelt. They sent reminders and conformation messages for my appointment. I have nothing but positive comments. The purchase was awesome and so was the service. Thank you! I decided to stop in today to see what they could do for me. Troy greeted me as soon as I got there. Within 15 minutes I was test driving a car. Once we got back to the office he kept assuring me he would be able to work something out as in getting approved. He came thru within about an hour he handed me my keys to my new car. Im very impressed my credit I know is nowhere near good and they still worked it out without an extremely high car payment. So if your looking for a car this is the place to go.
