I would recommend RC Hill Mitsubishi Deland over and over again! We originally went to Daytona Mitsubishi and Kia and the salesman were pushy and down right rude not only to us but to the customers around us again! After deciding that I really wanted the outlander but refused to give Daytona my business I talked to my brother who had just bought a car from Troy at Mitsubishi Deland and spoke highly of the dealership. I decided to call Troy and he was very helpful and friendly from the moment he picked up the phone. Needless to say I went there I have my outlander and I absolutely love it!!! Troy was a dream to work with and the rest of the staff was very friendly as well!! Funny enough 2 of the customers that we saw at the Daytona store were also at the Deland stores bc Daytona was rude to them and they also got a new car from deland!! Troy and the rest of the team made buying my car go from a stressful to a great experience. It's worth the drive out there and I will not send anyone anywhere else!!! Thank you Troy!!! More

After going to several dealerships and interfacing with several sales people and sales managers, meeting and working with Troy, was like Troy Stoops. He seemed genuinely concerned that the purchase I decided upon was one that I would really be excited about and satisfied with. And he did his best to work with me on arriving at a sales price that I considered reasonable without all of the usual haggling and tedious back and forth dealing. Troy is a very personable and seasoned sales professional. His relaxed way of working with me, his extensive knowledge of the current Mitsubishi product line and his shared appreciation for the reliability of the Mitsubishi product having owned them himself, made me confident in making the decision to purchase another Mitsubishi. My wife and I stopped into RC Hills to look for used vehicles earlier this week. We were met by Troy Stoops who was extremely helpful to us from his 1st greeting words. Troy was concerned with what we were looking for, how much we wanted to spend and what would make us happy. We drove several used vehicles and were pleased with the cars but after we understood the cost, the limited warranty and payments it was clear to us that our best bet was a new vehicle for not much more money. Troy was extremeely helpful in explaining all of this to us with no presure to "close" the deal. Troy was out to please us and make us happy, not just sell another vehicle. We ended up buying a 2013 Outlander Sport and we are very happy with it. I needed a new car so I researched several dealerships on the internet and visited several in Volusia County. After a salesperson walked off and left me for another coustomer because I told them I was on Soc the internet and visited several in Volusia County. After a salesperson walked off and left me for another coustomer because I told them I was on Social Security I gave up. Then I saw the R.C.Hills ad and the Outlander Sport. When I Got there a young man came up to me and introduced himself as Troy Stoop he talked and treated me as thou he was helping his mom find a car. I looked at several but I only wanted to test drive my new Outlander. After I decided we went inside and talked about money. Troy explained all the paper work got an appraisal on my trade in helped me unload my old car he explained all the digets and buttons and even set most of them. I got a great deal on my new Outlander and for the next six years I dont have to worry about anything. As an older person this means a lot to me. All their prices are posted on the windows of each and every car. I will recommend this Dealership to everyone whom is looking to buy a car. I had a fantastic experience and now have a beautiful car.
