I am friends with Anthony so I called him first. Since he was out of town and knowing my need was urgent, he immediately called Troy and let him know of our situation. When I arrived, Troy insantly greeted m was out of town and knowing my need was urgent, he immediately called Troy and let him know of our situation. When I arrived, Troy insantly greeted me and the buying proces began. From start to finish Troy was a complete professional. He understood what the situation was, and went to work solving problems. Once in the finance office, the level of professionalism did not diminish. Bob was helpful, patient and very knowledgeable. I will always recommend RC Hill to everyone who is in need of a car. Top notch dealer!! More

I have to say this was the best experience we I have ever had with a dealership! I highly reccomend it and will tell everyone I know to go see Troy when looking for a vehicle! He was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in picking the right car! I explained to him that we had just went through a horrible experience with a local dealership down the road from them. We were shopping for my teenagers first car and made the mistake of going to Deland Honda. He drove around in a vehicle we thought we were buying for a few days while we were being told they were just working out the details. They even said I worry too much because we explained seveal times that we didn't want to take the car home and then have to end up telling my son sorry but we have to take it back if the payments were to change. They assured us it was no problem and to just enjoy the car. After repeatedly being told they were still working on it my husband asked to speak with someone else who could let us know why it was taking so long only to find out they already knew the bank wouldn't approve the loan because the car had so many miles but informed us they were working out the details for another car that they picked out that had better milage and cost an extra few thousand dollars. The payment was also way over what we told them was in our budget so we ended up having to tell my teenager sorry but we have to bring the car back even though he had been driving it a few days.Talk about horrible! I called Deland Mitsubishi and explained the situation and Troy told me he would like to show us how business should be done and that he had several vehicles that sounded like they would fit our budget. He was very pleasant and was a tremendous help showing my son the vehicles he thought would be in the range for the payment we were looking for. He was very honest and not pushy at all and we ended up coming home with a vehicle the same night. Overall I am happy it worked out the way it did because my son got a much nicer car with lower miles for a better price and excellent customer service! I was really surprised with how easy the process was there and how great they are with their customers. When my husband and I decide to trade in our vehicles I know this is where we will go and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a car! Thank you Troy for being such a big help! More

This was without a doubt the best car buying experience I have ever had. Troy Stoops knows what he is doing, and it shows. We went into the dealership hoping to purchase one vehicle so our family would have 2 cars. Troy was so helpful, we ended up purchasing 2 new cars instead! We loved the fact that he was not pushy as some other car salesman can be. He told told us what he could do for us from the moment we walked in the door and did not try to sell us anything we didn't need or want. That has never happened to us! The reason why I gave this dealership such a high rating is because I have never been happier with purchasing a car. I will definitely be recommending RC Hill & Troy Stoops to everyone!! More

RC Hill Mitsubishi is fantastic. They took care of my every need for purchasing a car from them. They did not watch customers like fresh meat on a stick, instead asked if you needed help and gave you sp every need for purchasing a car from them. I spoke with Troy about my needs for fuel economy, price range and style of vehicle being looked at. I did not need a lot of bells or whistles and appreciated that he did not try to sell me more than I wan range and style of vehicle being looked at. He reviewed the ad and showed me what was available. There were several to choose from and then I chose to test drive based on the color red. I needed to make left turns to see how the vehicle manouvered. The route we took had plenty of left turns. The vehicle drove beautifully and then the next step of the process began. I chose a red Outlander Sport. Troy was willing to speak with my husband about price and financing. When my husband arrived after work, Troy continued with the customary negogiations. He was honest and very patient while my husband and I considered the options. When we made the final decision on the way to finance, Troy and the Manager were quick, effecient and very polite and professional. I will gladly refer Troy and R.C. Hill to co-workers and friends as a place to purchase a vehicle. Thank you. More

Both my wife and I drive Mitsubishis, and both were purchased at RC Hill. Based on our research, RC Hill had the best pricing, though this in itself is not a deal maker. Customer service, however, for us, is just that, and there was no need for us to shop other dealers to buy our new car. Troy greeted us with a smile, shook hands with our small son. He listened exhaustively to our needs, wants, and likes, and suggested a 2012 Lancer Sportback. He answered our questions readily, obviously knowledgeable about his product. He was extremely patient in helping us get solid financing. He was forthcoming on the value of our trade, explaining in simple terms why the value was what it was. We even liked the color, and my wife is thrilled that she was able to distribute all her Stuff to her complete satisfaction. I drive a 2006 Outlander XLS, purchased before Troy's tenure, with well over 100,000 miles and still running like a top. RC Hill's is the only shop that has ever serviced my Mitsubishi. Because their care and advice doesn't end with the initial sale, I expect to drive this car for another 100,000 miles. At some point I'll be ready for a new one, and when that times comes I'll be back to RC Hill. And so, I hope, will, all those who've asked me for a dealer recommendation. More

Well, I came in because of a mailer that stated I may qualify for a payment reduction program. So I just showed up and Troy greeted me. I explained what I would like and he clearly, knowledgably and efficiently showed me inventory that fit my preferences and needs. I went for a test drive and liked the hatchback, but preferred a lighter color. He was patient in listening to the specifics I was looking for and found a "wicked white" color that applealed to my liking. So I went out to see it and was so happy, I didn't need a test drive. He was patient as I walked in with my 8 yr old, and he provided me with the basic financial breakdown of the cost. I found it affordable and was pleased with the overall experience. Upon leaving (being that I was the last customer of the day), I requested that he take a picture of me and my kid with our old Saturn Vue, and he texted it to my phone. Then, the store closed and we drove in our new car, but I had it in the wrong gear or something and remembered I must have his cell phone # on mine. I called and he guided me on what to set the gearshift to so that it stopped making some "reving" noise. I'm looking foward to coming into the shop on Saturday, when I'll have more time to have him show me how to sync my cell phone to the "fuse" feature my car is set up for. I'm a happy camper and would recommend this dealership; particularly Troy to any friend looking to buy a car. The funny thing is that I wanted to buy American, but the experience with your customer service speaks volumes. More

I first went to RC Hill and met Troy and Mike and reviewed several cars with Troy. I then drove a potential car with Mike, who was personable and knew his information about the car. Several weeks later, after deciding on the vehicle I wanted, I returned to RC Hill and met with Troy again. This was after researching several dealerships and meeting salesmen who were vague, not necessarily knowledgeable and just out for the sale. I have to tell you, Troy was great! He was personable and ready to do business. He respected my wishes for facts and figures and had the ability to find whatever information I asked for so that I would be comfortable with my purchase. He went out of his way with the little things and made purchasing a car with them a truly pleasant experience. I appreciated that. Really, all of the RC Hill team were like a family and worked to meet my needs. I had to go back the next day to complete some of my loose ends and I was remembered, greeted and taken care of in a friendly manner that I enjoyed. I met Bob with the closing of the sale and he was organized and knew his business working to make the purchase easy and swift. I would highly recommend visiting RC Hill for a vehicle purchase. I am enjoying my car and I wouldn’t hesitate to call Troy if I needed something further. They are truly a group of nice and pleasant people who care about their customers. Thank you! More
