He was up front about their pricing and found rebates that pertained to our vehicle - pointing out the differences between buying a new 2011 and a 2012. The history of the Mitsubishi and the price were what sold us but Troy Stoops was a very important part of that whole situation. Bob, In finance, moved his part along quickly and yet was personable and explained everything - no hidden surprises Troy took us to visit the parts and service departments. By the way, we love our Outlander Sport - seems solid, runs well, nice "trinkets" and looks good. Thanks for a nice experience. Nice to find our new vehicle in Delightful DeLand. Sue Atkinson More

In 2000 I went to this same dealership location, and had the worst experience I have ever had in trying to purchase a vehicle. I then drove to Orlando to purchase an eclipse and vowed never to deal the "Del the worst experience I have ever had in trying to purchase a vehicle. I then drove to Orlando to purchase an eclipse and vowed never to deal the "Deland Mitsubishi" again. In December I was in a car accident, my vehicle was totalled and I was in need of a new vehicle fast. I scoured Orlando but could not find anything. My boyfriend suggested we look around Deland and found a 2004 Eclipse listed online at R.C. Hills. I told him "NO way I was ever going there." Long story short - we went to look. I was set to have a bad experience, my mind was made up. But Troy Stoops was straight forward from the beginning, open, polite - - the definition of good customer service. The car listed online was exactly what was on the lot, and a couple hours later I had a car that I am enjoying. I still cannot believe Troy changed my attitude, although I do understand that this is a completely new ownership than in 2000, but without the great service I received on January 15 from Troy, I would not have purchased my car from here, no matter what the car. More

I have a weakness for new cars so I trade often. This was the first Mitsubishi I have ever purchased (2012 Lancer GT) and I love it. This was one of the most pleasant car purchases I’ve ever done, and I’ve done allot. I did all of the prep work over the phone and internet so start to finish at the dealership was a little over an hour. That included trading a car as well. I had preapproved financing so the business person asked if I’d be interested in an extended warranty or dealer financing and I replied no, and he accepted that, amazing!!!!! No arm twisting to purchase an overpriced warranty or dealer financing so he could make a few extra bucks, he actually took no for an answer. It was a refreshing change. Anyway, my best experience buying a car, I highly recommend RC Hill Mitsubishi, and definitely ask for my salesman Troy Stoops, the guy was awesome. More

I don't think there is a dealer in Central Florida that can beat their prices. They work great as a team to provide an excellent customer services. I recently purchased a 2011 Evolution GSR not knowing how to drive a manual. Am I nuts? Definitely! But Troy was GREAT! Not only did RC Hill give me a great deal on the car Troy was AMAZING! He actually taug to drive a manual. Am I nuts? Definitely! But Troy was GREAT! Not only did RC Hill give me a great deal on the car Troy was AMAZING! He actually taught me how to drive a manual car. He actually spent time with me, teaching me. Even when I came back from learning, a couple people asked how it went. Everyone was genuinely friendly. I just felt bad for him for dealing with me. Sorry Troy! From talking on the phone and through emails Troy was always so helpful. He seemed to actually care and didn't just want to push a sale. Best experience EVER in buying a car. I also dealt with Grant, another salesman there. If I wasn't talking to Troy, I was talking to Grant. He even gave me his personal number, which I was surprised about. Don't worry Grant, I won't bother you. As soon as I walked in with Troy, Grant said hello to me even knowing my name. Surprised he even knew who I was. I'm not sure anyone ever mentions Bob here, he is the money guy. The one who makes is supposed to make you cry. It was actually a nice experience dealing with Bob. We laughed, we joked, but overall Bob explained everything to me so easily and helped me. Overall, RC Hill Mitsubishi is AMAZING! Troy, Grant and Bob made everything feel so painless. It was a friendly, welcoming and would definitely recommend RC Hill to anyone. Thanks again you guys! More

We first spoke with Anthony, I'm not sure what his last name was and he was outstanding. It was his first couple of days working, and even then he will still great. There may have been a few road bumps but I understand that for his first couple of days. We were not approved for a loan, so we left and Anthony went to several different companies and was able to get us approved! So we went back the next time and Anthony was not there so we met Troy Stoops. He also was outstanding. He was able to answer every one of our questions and worked with us. Overall I was very pleased at the amount of dedication they have to their customers and the amount of perseverance they have in making their customers happy. I did not feel like I was walking into a pack of hungry lions waiting for their compensation checks, I felt like I was walking into a team of trustworthy helpful adults. For it being our first car experience at a dealership I was more happy about the way it went then I can even explain. I am very grateful to the whole group of people that they have working there at R.C. Hill Mitsubishi, and I would definitely come back. More
