OMG Go see Ziggy and Rick if you want the best deal I walked onto the lot and expected to be hounded by salesmen and then this one salesman named Ziggy came up and asked me how am I doing? After short I walked onto the lot and expected to be hounded by salesmen and then this one salesman named Ziggy came up and asked me how am I doing? After short conversation and what I was looking for and took me what was available. Never once was I threatened or felt the sales pitch. After taking a ride in the vehicle, I said I had another dealer to go check on also. We walked in to the showroom and the manager Rick asked me what would get me to buy it and I told them and within a split second we had a deal. What a awesome feeling I had with these two awesome gentlemen, and even the finance guy Troy Vandal, took very great care of me. I know now after hearing the horror stories of car buying at this dealership is all wrong, if you want a great experience and meet awesome people go see Ziggy and Rick and tell them Phil recommended you, and I will stand by that. More

A no pressure dealership. Thomas Tuttle who is one of the internet sales people has a very relaxed approach when he was spending time with me and my selection and featured the Thomas Tuttle who is one of the internet sales people has a very relaxed approach when he was spending time with me and my selection and featured the car and in all communications from our first meeting and now after the sale. He wasn't out in the lot prowling and ready to pounce on potential customers as is the custom for other dealers. At our first meeting he didn't inquire if I had a trade as well as my personal information for future pestering opportunities all the while formulating a shell game plan in his mind. Being a single female it can be quite intimidating shopping for a car at dealerships by myself. The internet price is the price and the dealer's fees were all listed on all paperwork. No games, no "let me run this number by my boss" which is akin to shooting fish in a barrel. My purchase was for a certified used vehicle and I am very relieved to know I have a warranty for seven years for anything which goes wrong, as I have been dumping thousands of dollars in my older vehicle over the years and in this age of electronics, repairs can be expensive. I also researched the dealer ratings before I went to Honda of Ocala and their ratings are excellent. I was surprised at the amount of customers there. There were many positive ratings and those ratings mean the difference whether I visit the dealer or not. Great experience, wonderful used car and a better warranty. Will be a repeat customer as well as recommend the dealer and Thomas in particular. More
