We are so happy we purchased our 2012 Honda CR-V from Troy Vondal mostly because it was so quick and easy. He found the car we wanted and for the price we wanted to pay. The car arrived when he said it would and he took all the time we needed to explain everything inside and outside the car. The General Sales Manager Steven Hoggle explained the final signing of papers so that we understood what we signed. Very soon we were going home in our great new car. Before we set out to purchase a new vehicle, my husband and I had a price in mind that we wanted to spend (probably quite unreasonably low). Once we researched the different makes that would suit our needs, we decided on a Honda CR-V EX-L. (I especially wanted the rear view camera.) Because we were willing to drive quite a distance to obtain the best possible price, I initially contacted all Honda dealers within a wide radius of our home by e-mail. Troy Vandal from Honda of Ocala was willing to work with us this way and was very helpful. Troy and his manager Bill Johnson did all they could to get us the vehicle we wanted at a price close to what we wanted to pay. We had done a lot of shopping around, and I honestly feel that we couldn't have gotten it for a nickel less anywhere else. We couldn't believe how nice everyone was at the dealership. Troy and Harry Vasquez made sure that the car was in perfect condition and that we were confident that we understood all of its features before we drove off the lot. Although we're going to have to drive a little farther, we are definitely going to be coming to Honda of Ocala for service and maintenance on our new CRV. We are very, very happy with our car and equally happy with Honda of Ocala. We would definitely recommend them. More
