He then did a super job of getting the deal done and working with others at the dealership, got the car 'delivered.' He was the consummate professional and made sure every detail was taken care of. Purchasing automobiles at many dealerships over the last forty years, I can honestly say that Mike and Honda of Ocala are the only ones that have made the entire car buying experience enjoyable. More

So when it came time to buy my new car there was no question as to where we were going. Deluca Toyota of course..Even knew the vehicle was I going to get..we went, looked and found the vehicle. But when we found someone to help us we were made to feel like unwanted guests, not only from salesman but also sales manager. They did not want to deal and I told them to call us if they could come down from the figure they were giving us...we left and I cannot tell you how dissappointed I was, one because wewere treated so poorly and two because I wanted a new car ,but told my husband that I would not buy another vehicle from Deluca. As a fluke we decided to check out Honda of Ocala. WOW. Am I glad we did that. First and foremost our salesman, Christian Calle, was the best salesman I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He was personable, listened to what we wanted and did not want, did not push us into anything. Was very patient and explained differences between the 2 Honda vehicles we were looking at. He spent as much time with us as we needed. He did not rush to get us into a deal and onto the next customer. I can say that it was a absolute pleasure working with Christian. Ricky the Sales Manager was as friendly and accomadating as possible also... (maybe it helped that he and I are both Notre Dame fans?) My husband and I are now diehard Honda fans thanks to all the people at Honda of Ocala. From the service folks that we met while on tour, to Troy the finacial officer, to Ricky sales mgr. but mostly because of Christian Calle. Thank you so much for a great vehicle( that I absolutly love) and a great buying experience. They had plenty to choose from but Jan knew exactly what I wanted and I am glad I had his help. Usually I don't take others suggestions into consideration but Jan insisted and I love my car and I now have an investment that I can feel good about. Troy did my finance paperwork. He was very professional and insightful. I can't dream of ever going to another dealership ever again. They go the extra mile to make their customers happy and that is what makes the experience so special. More
