I like the service I get when I go there. Sometimes I wonder why it takes an hour + to do an oil change. I don't like the fact that oil changes now include a +/-$15 mandatory Fuel additive. I found the staff very helpful and considerate. I was helped immediately upon arrival. As I pulled up to the service bay door, I was seen and the door was immediately opened for me to enter. Tunde I was helped immediately upon arrival. As I pulled up to the service bay door, I was seen and the door was immediately opened for me to enter. Tunde greeted me at the service desk and already had my paperwork for the service I was having done. She showed me to the waiting area and pointed out coffee and beverages available. When the service was complete, My car was brought to the door ready for me to get in and head out. The car was a little wet from the car wash and Tunde proceeded to wipe the car down. This was appreciated but I felt not necessary. I was very satisfied with my visit to Hyundai of St. Augustine. Thank You. More
