Good and bad experience This was my 4th purchase from this dealership. If it wasn't for Turgo Tropnasse (my salesman) I would definitely try another dealership. They have cut This was my 4th purchase from this dealership. If it wasn't for Turgo Tropnasse (my salesman) I would definitely try another dealership. They have cutback on all their extras, and as a "4-time returning customer", I would expect to continue my free oil changes. Also, they made quite a few mistakes, which made me return and take off from work, and I would expect that they would have least given me free upgraded car mats or oil changes, but they don't seem to care about taking care of customers who have stayed loyal to them. If Turgo moves to another dealership, I would move with him. I also had a bad experience with my Finance person, and had to go to Sean to take care of fulfilling what I had paid for. Sean quickly fixed my issues that the other advisor didn't. More
