I bought a 2019 Chevy Suburban from Indy Auto Man in early December 2025, had it delivered to Idaho, and within the first week and fewer than 100 miles of driving I was already worried something was wro early December 2025, had it delivered to Idaho, and within the first week and fewer than 100 miles of driving I was already worried something was wrong with the transmission. By the time I got a professional diagnosis (still under 200 miles on the vehicle since delivery), the shop found metal particles in the transmission fluid, noted erratic and hard shifting with slippage in higher gears, and recommended a full transmission replacement and related work. Their estimate was over $6,200. I reached out to Indy Auto Man over and over and over, primarily with their sales general manager, Noe. The only response I received was a “goodwill” offer of $1,000 toward repairs, while at the same time they reminded me that the vehicle was sold “as‑is.” From my perspective, that leaves me stuck with a transmission that is rapidly getting worse and a repair bill that is thousands of dollars more than what they are willing to contribute, all within a couple hundred miles of receiving the vehicle. After the vehicle arrived in Idaho, I also discovered interior issues that I was never told about: 21 screw holes in the headliner between the first and second rows, multiple phone mounts attached to the interior, hardened adhesive on the dash next to the infotainment unit, and peeling, poorly installed tint. None of this was disclosed before the sale, and when I raised interior condition in a phone call, I was told that interior damage is to be expected in a used vehicle. In my opinion, this combination of an early major mechanical failure and undisclosed interior damage reflects very poorly on how Indy Auto Man represents and stands behind its vehicles. I’m sharing my experience so that other buyers understand what happened to me and can decide for themselves whether they want to take that risk. I hope management will review my situation and step up far more than a $1,000 “goodwill” offer on a transmission replacement that costs over $6,000. More
