Tyler was great to work with and made the process fairly easy. My only real complaint is that the car was marked so high over MSRP. These gentlemen were so kind when I came in having accidentally been rented a fully electric vehicle through a different rental service in NY. I was halfway through my trip and realized the car was fu accidentally been rented a fully electric vehicle through a different rental service in NY. I was halfway through my trip and realized the car was fully electric and I wasn't able to get gas. I've never operated an ev before, and Tyler and his colleagues helped me charge the car and even got on the phone with the rental company to secure another vehicle for the rest of the trip. They were a true life raft in a difficult situation. Helping someone with such grace, even when they are not a customer is a real class act. More
