It was a pleasure to work with Tyler and we were offered various options for acquiring the EV6 but never felt pre had all the information we needed. It was a pleasure to work with Tyler and we were offered various options for acquiring the EV6 but never felt pressured. And after driving and deciding yes for the EV6, we were introduced to Romello. Romello was extremely knowledgeable and very easy to work with. He explained as many of the EV6 features and functions as possible in the time that we had. He also did it with kindness and respect and never made us feel overwhelmed by the complexities of this very high tech car. He also made it clear that we could come back for refresher sessions if needed. Overall, we had a very positive and satisfying experience learning about and taking the EV6 home! More
