Tino bent over backwards to make sure that I left with the perfect car. Tyler was amazing. He actually slimjinmed a car so I could look at it since the battery was dead. Both of these guys were going to the perfect car. Tyler was amazing. He actually slimjinmed a car so I could look at it since the battery was dead. Both of these guys were going to make sure things were right before I left. Tino unbelievably patient and helpful, to the point where I ended up getting a second car with my wife. These guys are the best from the top on down, very caring and concerned about your happiness, making sure you get the right car. Matt manager was engaging and helpful. Recommend this place without reservation. More

I visited EchoPark on the recommendation of my significant other and other satisfied shoppers, initially drawn by their competitive pricing and excellent guest service team. However, my experience significant other and other satisfied shoppers, initially drawn by their competitive pricing and excellent guest service team. However, my experience there left much to be desired, and I feel it is important to share my story for the sake of others who might be considering this dealership. My sales representative, Kris, seemed great at first, but the dealership's pushy sales tactics quickly overshadowed any positives. The manager, Tyler, after being told no in regard to buying a warranty several times over, made offensive and misogynistic comments when my significant other stepped away to use the restroom, leaving me feeling vulnerable and anxious. As a woman and as a person who did not know the car buying process, I should never have to have a person insinuate that a man would be the one to pay my car repair fees because the warranty sales tactics failed on their end. Although I did purchase a new car, I was upset about not fully understanding my financing because more time was given to warranty conversations and being pressured into buying unnecessary warranties to begin with. Unfortunately, this was only the beginning. After driving the long trip home from buying my car at the Thorton location, over the next four days, the situation deteriorated further. EchoPark publicly (below this review) asked me to contact them regarding my poor experience instead of reaching out to me directly. When I called on 3/24, I was met with unanswered calls, voicemails, and staff members who claimed no one was available to speak with me. After conducting my own research, I discovered that I had multiple warranties on my car, despite being treated poorly for not purchasing an EchoPark warranty. Additionally, I learned that my financer offered GAP coverage, which I had already purchased through EchoPark, and that they were not listed as an authorized dealer for my financer meaning EchoPark wouldn’t have given me that option anyway. The day after leaving EchoPark Thornton, I discovered my car had 1,000 extra unadvertised miles, was uncleaned, and had unreported scratches and stains. These crucial details were missing from the signed CarFax Tyler required, which I wasn't provided a copy of. To make matters worse, a mere four days after purchasing my car, the engine light came on. I found it highly suspicious that a seemingly well-functioning car would suddenly experience mechanical failure. In hindsight, I was never given the opportunity to test drive the car or inspect it before being thrown into paperwork and pressured into buying warranties. When I tried to contact EchoPark regarding these issues, my calls went unanswered or were directed to voicemail. After 14 calls and finally getting in touch with someone at a remote call center, I was told it was a "guest loyalty issue" or that no one was available to speak to me. This was disappointing seeing as though the dealership was open, operating, and when I was there had plenty of staff available enough that a Wednesday night Avalanche game was being watched in a group. Meanwhile, after being told to let him know if I had any questions, my sales representative, Kris, completely ignored my messages. Eventually, after the 17th attempt, I reached someone, Jasmine, at a different EchoPark location, nearly 80 miles away in Colorado Springs, who provided the excellent customer service I had been seeking. I learned that I had not even received all the necessary paperwork after my sale and that there was a 30-day warranty I was never informed about. In summary, my experience at EchoPark Thorton was dreadful. As a first-time buyer, I encountered unprofessionalism and poor customer service, leaving me with a risky car and emotional distress. I cannot recommend EchoPark Thorton - if you want to avoid a runaround, go elsewhere. More
