Unfortunately my last visit was extremely disappointing and concerning. The day after the service, a lug nut came off one of my wheels after driving. This is not only unacceptable but also incredibly dangerous. Its clear that proper precautions were not performed during the service. This kind of negligence puts customers safety at risk and its unacceptable for any professional service center to overlook such a critical detail. I expected much higher standard of service from Honda dealer at Cartersville but this incident has completely shattered my trust. I urge others to be cautions and consider other options when seeking vehicle care and maintenance. The most upsetting thing was no one from the dealer had the decency to call me back to apologize after I reported it. More
