The service center has been very helpful and patient with us. The folks are friendly. When we bought our new Civic, there was a problem with the stitching in the drivers seat, which they corrected. Somehow, during the correction of the seat issue, they managed to scuff a spot on the inside door panel. These types of things only happen to me... but they didn't hesitate to make it right, they got it all corrected in a timely manner, and I was pleased with the way we were treated throughout the process. We dealt with Tyler, the service manager, and a couple of different service employees and they were all outstanding folks to work with. More
