Camille made an appointment to meet with her nephew Tyler. He greeted us at the door, listened to us, took us on a test drive, spoke to me (and not just my husband), laughed with us, and most of all, gave us the facts, with no bull. The price was the price- no hidden fees tacked on at the end. It was an awesome experience. I will go to Bayside for our next car and tell everyone I know. They treat you like family. I actually drive from NJ where there are multiple Jeep dealerships to Bayside because of the type of service they provide. The dealership is clean and high energy..... no high pressure sales, just a get it done attitude..... if they can do it they will. My sales rep Tyler Campanella was committed to finding the EXACT Jeep I wanted, he was honest, responsive and fun to work with. It’s rare that buying or leasing a car is enjoyable, but Bayside and Tyler did it. I also want to say Matt Faas one of the sales managers was very helpful as well, you can see he leads by example. From the initial search, to the finance department i was super impressed. Competitive prices and good service is hard to find, but Bayside has it down! I’ll be sending people there for sure! Bad experience, but resolved The service I was originally provided by the reps was satisfactory; but everything that followed was much less than that. First, I was told that I co The service I was originally provided by the reps was satisfactory; but everything that followed was much less than that. First, I was told that I could pick my car up on a Saturday, and this timeframe was extended an extra 4 days, due to a delivery mishap I was told, (which I later found to be a lie). When I arrived at the dealership to pick up my car, I was a circle mark on my bumper, drawn in with chalk. When I asked the rep why that was, he said they just wanted to clean the car more. Upon further investigation, I could see that the bumper was hit and they were merely trying to clean up the inside the before I would have ever picked up the car. When I told the rep that clearly is what was happening, he said, “well these things happen”, as if that was ok. Not to mention they tried to pull a fast one over on me. The rep originally told me I would be compensated, which never happened. If that were it, I would’ve simply not written a review. 2 days after I got the car, it simply would not start. When I spoke to the dealership, they told me that I would need to get it towed so they can look at it. TOWED after 2 DAYS of use. When I looked online, I found this was a common issue. They also said that I would have to pay for a loaner out of pocket, and later be reimbursed... Edit: tow company came to fix the car by re-activating the key, (something I did ask the service manager about on our call, which I was told the car needed to be brought in to be looked at). Car is running now, but I’m still hesitant. More

The management at East Hills were rude to me because I did not buy from them under their terms at the moment of my visit. At Westbury Jeep they claim to be the number one Jeep dealer in the area by volume, but did not have nor could they get me the Jeep Wrangler I was looking for. I made the last stop of the day at Bayside. I walked through the door and was warmly greeted by Michael C. who listened to all my earlier experiences at the other dealers. He introduced me to Tyler C. and together worked out a very fair price for me for what I wanted. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Simply put, if you are in the market for a Dodge, Jeep or Ram, don’t waste your time at the other dealers and go directly to Bayside. You will be very happy that you did. - Rob B. More
