I worked with Alex Gershon in finance and he provided excellent advise with no pressures to purchase additional products, which some have great value, its up to each person to decide if they want those or not. They give a no bull price up front and do what they say they will do, a pleasant experience, much different from years ago when going to shop for a vehicle was like going to the dentist, everyone hated the thought. You would not believe the patience Tyler has. I’m so glad he was my sales person he tried to make it easy and smooth for us which I really appreciated. I didn’t know how to drive manual but he had the patience to show me how and gave me some lessons on how to start, reverse, and drive which I’m very thankful for. Highly recommend this dealership and Tyler Chilson. They've gone above and beyond since the purchase. I live in Wichita and have never had great experiences in the local dealerships. I went into this thinking it would probably be the same experience of being drug around told false truths and never hear from them again after driving off the lot. It's been anything but that, vehicle came due for maintenance about two weeks after purchase. They included a couple of free service packages but I'm an hour 30 one way and for me it's just not worth the trip out there. I applaud them for offering this as most don't, since I didn't want to make the trip due to time constraints and work. They told me to have it serviced at a local dealership in Wichita and send them the invoice. They have kept their word on everything which is rare to find anymore. The hype around this dealership is real, they have tons of inventory to offer and they keep true to their word. Give Tyler Chilson a call and take the trip out there it's worth your time.
