I've bought a lot of new/used vehicles over the years, and let me tell you, buying this truck through Bill and team at Long McArthur over phone & text messages was literally the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Way easier than in person purchases I've made, surprisingly. I live in ID and there were no Lightnings with the specs we needed anywhere nearby. There was a decent one at my local dealer that we test drove, but we didn't like the color. We were looking for the red version, since my wife has wanted a red truck since she was little. Aside from that, we really wanted some key safety features that aren't available on some trims. Bill listened carefully and didn't try to convince us to get something else, or something more expensive, etc. He knew that we knew exactly what we wanted and helped make it happen. Throughout all my interactions with Bill Rogge and Alex Gershon, I felt like they had our best interest at heart, while also providing a lot of helpful info when it came financing, warranty, and accessory options. We never felt too pressured into anything at any point. Our phone/text conversations were straight forward and efficient, and they both answered the million questions I had about the truck and the process of having it delivered and registered and charged. The truck was delivered to my house within a few days after I signed all the papers and we are very happy red truck owners! More

Drove from western Kansas to Long McArthur because we were interested in seeing the 2023 Ford Tremor Maverick. Upon arriving we were greeted by Jeff Hamilton. Jeff was friendly and professional. We told were interested in seeing the 2023 Ford Tremor Maverick. Upon arriving we were greeted by Jeff Hamilton. Jeff was friendly and professional. We told him of our desire to see the Maverick Tremor and he took us to the vehicle for us to see. While we looked at the vehicle, he asked if we would be interested in seeing the interior and possibly taking it for a test drive. We said sure and he promptly went to get the keys and brought the truck to us near the sales area. We took the vehicle out for a short test drive and upon our returned he asked if we like the truck. We said yes and that we needed a moment to talk it over. Jeff did not pressure us but simply told us to take the time we needed. After we decided to purchase the vehicle, Jeff made the purchase process very easy. He also answered all the questions we had about the vehicle. Jeff also called on Niles Gridley to explain the appearance protection package in detail. Niles was very thorough with the protection package details as well as very pleasant. Once we were ready to see Alex Gershon, Jeff again was very attentive and had Alex come to us. Alex took us to his office where he too was very professional. He was thorough with all the financials and service contracts available to us for the vehicle were about to purchase. All in all, we were very satisfied with our purchase experience at Long McArthur and it was because of your team of professionals. Please thank them for us!!! I worked with Chris and Alex on a first time (for me) trade-in deal. Chris was very knowledgeable on all the specifics in transacting a "pass through" trade with a buyer for my vehicle in California. Tyler was very helpful and understanding. He was very informative, without using too much pressure to work with me to get to a price I was willing to pay.
