Don't expect Long McArthur to honor a national incentive of 0%apr and even if you have excellent credit they will come back with a high 6.99 interest rate making you contact your own bank in front of them f of 0%apr and even if you have excellent credit they will come back with a high 6.99 interest rate making you contact your own bank in front of them for a fair rate. BUT, when you find a better rate, they will all of a sudden be able to get one close so someone in a oversized suit jacket can get his cut. Do your own work first or bring a lunch. This will NOT be quick. Sales agent Cameron Heart was nice to deal with and will do what he can. I honestly don't know the guy but if you're gonna buy a vehicle, go through Cameron and youll see a good person surrounded by snakes. More

Had a great experience at the dealership over all, the salesman I had (Tyler Chilson) was second to none. Ben, however, isn’t the guy you want handling your finances. Ben was impatient, hard to reach, nea salesman I had (Tyler Chilson) was second to none. Ben, however, isn’t the guy you want handling your finances. Ben was impatient, hard to reach, nearly impossible to get on the phone, flat affect, vague and over all not motivate to sale. I had to relay messages to him through my sales man to even get answers. This was not due to any extreme negotiation on my part I did not haggle much and was interested in the deal I got for the truck from the beginning. I’d give Ben a 1/2 star if I good. If you do buy a Ford from these guys ask for a different finance manager. More
