After a recent car accident that left me without a vehicle I called him to help find my new car. Not an easy task as I wanted a specific make, model and color. Within an hour he not only found the EXACT car I wanted but found 2 of them. He assured me which one would be the better deal (as they were both at separate auctions), and got to work getting it to Long McArthur. He had an answer for every question and videos and pictures to keep me up do date. He was happy for me and so wonderfully helpful along the way. I consider Lonnie a friend as that’s the only way you can describe someone that truly has your best interests in mind beside your family. Long McArthur is by far the best dealership I have ever worked with, across all automotive brands. Tim Bartz, Sarah Davis, and Darrin Smith are all an asset to the Ford brand that need to be emulated at o worked with, across all automotive brands. Their passion and commitment to customer service is apparent in every interaction. The entire process from order submission to post-delivery followup was smooth, well communicated, and clear. I was an out of state buyer, but this was not a problem, as Long McArthur was happy to pick me up from the airport in Wichita. Finance office was quick and I was in and out within about an hour.
