An earlier than normal start time was agreed upon and we were late by an hour but they quickly forgave us! We ended up with two very nice used cars for good prices below KBB. Mike called me on the 14th said they had another one in that met our criteria and a second one would be in within the week. I stopped by and looked at the first one but decided to wait and see the other one. It arrived on the lot on the 16th. I went by and looked at it. Brought my husband by on the 18th and we made the trade. No pressure and Mike made sure the vehicle was cleaned up and ready. Mike was a gem to work with and Tyler made the financing quick and easy.
