When we first met on the phone, we knew we would strike a deal. We got there 7:10 pm..left 7:30 pm and you kept your word saving us the truck til the title came in....2 weeks later. Then, because my husband had a medical emergency (stroke), you had 2 wonderful gentleman, drop it off to us in NJ. I cannot say enough about everyone we dealt with in your dealership. I highly recommend Chapman Ford of Lancaster. I purchased my 2020 Ford Edge from Chapman and they made the process effortless. 5 STAR EXCELLENT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE! A quick and satisfying negotiation led me to fly up to complete my purchase! I was greeted upon arrival like an old friend and took a test drive. Exactly as described! My sales rep, Anthony, was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and guided me through the sales process beautifully! Jared in finance made the paperwork amazingly smooth and quick! I arranged to have the car transported back to Florida and the GM, Jason, could not have been more helpful throughout the entire purchase transaction. The facility was beautiful and ll staff were kind, friendly, and sympathetic to my having to get back to Harrisburg to catch a flight back to FL! I cannot say enough good things about this dealership and the amazing staff! I was treated like a bought a new $150K vehicle, not my $16K used car!
