We were very pleased with the service we got at Chapman Ford of Lancaster. Tyler Dahowski was awesome to work with. We test drove the car on Thursday and Friday we picked the car up. Tyler D. Went out of his way to find us the Maverick that we wanted. He wasn’t hard selling the truck or pushing us to spend more than we wanted. This was my first car-buying experience, and thanks to the team at Chapman Ford, it went very well. Tyler specifically showed me at least 8 different cars, went on a road test with me, listened to and va the team at Chapman Ford, it went very well. Tyler specifically showed me at least 8 different cars, went on a road test with me, listened to and valued my list of must-haves, and even acknowledged my need for a lower priced car in the end. I didn't feel overly pressured, and ended up with a great used car that runs great. The other salesman were friendly and chatted with me during the periods of time I was waiting. Overall, a great experience, and would recommend their service. I was able to drive away with my new car the same day. More
