They delivered with all the details I needed to know they had the best car for the price! When I went down to the dealership, they had the car ready to show me, a gleaming Ford C-Max in excellent condition. While I worked with Associate Ronnie Gomez on completing paperwork, changing my insurance, I was able to ask many questions about the car, the process, and have a great conversation with Ronnie, he worked his magic so quickly. Ronnie and the team made sure I was as comfortable as possible, since they knew my trip down was delayed by illness. When all the paperwork was done, the car pulled up in even better shape! I do not purchase cars very often, it is very stressful for me as an older woman, but I highly recommend going to this dealership for the best deal! (I did my homework, it really is the best deal). I give my car buying experience the highest number of stars! More

The day my vehicle was supposed to be picked up, I phoned the sales dept to speak with Tom but since he was unavailable, I spoke with Tyler. Tyler took the time to speak with Tom and provided a return call in less than an hour. My vehicle was picked up, wheel replaced, and another tire was repaired free of charge during that service. Purchasing a new car I thought at first that it was a very impersonal car dealership since it was remodeled . I didn’t care for how I thought I would be meeting with Tyle I thought at first that it was a very impersonal car dealership since it was remodeled . I didn’t care for how I thought I would be meeting with Tyler and then was assigned someone else. It would have been better if Tyler had said when I show up he would delegate me to an associate. I wasn’t expecting that. Leno was great and knowledgeable. After spending over four hours there to purchase my vehicle as a spot customer I got to know the guys and relaxed a bit. Overall it was a good experience, although tiring to get it all done in one night. I should have just come back on my day off. I had problems with my brand new car pile light and check engine and no air conditioning the second day and the service department handled that splendidly. I wasn’t aware also that there was a new location. I would not give a bad review but there’s room for improvement. Try to go back to making it more homelike I didn’t like my dealer “going up to invisible manager “ That tactic seems outdated More
