Tyler was pretty cool from the start. Meant to meet up with Ryan but ended up with Tyler and it's not a bad thing. Was very accommodating because I couldn't make up my mind on the Mazda 3, 6, CX-5, CX-50, and the CX-9. Mazda has a lot of nice cars. Found out that Toyota makes the CX-50 which was interesting. Learned a lot during my buying process. It wasn't to pressure sales like other dealers but he did try to make a deal. The wrap up of the deal was a little messy but that was not Tyler's fault and he seemed pretty apologetic though it wasn't his fault. Would I go back to Tyler? Yeah. I would give Sports Mazda a lower score due to the wrap up of the car deal but they did make it right in the end so I will give them credit. I did speak to Longo's sales manager (a good friend of mine ) and he did say that the out the door means all fee's, taxes, and car price is the walk out price WITHOUT a down payment. Its industry standard and then you work out the rest. They did make it right and got the price down to the agreed OTD price so I will give them that. Was fuming that day but they made it right and I eventually ate something so I wasn't hangry. Overall they took ownership, made a deal and I don't think at the moment I purchase a bad car. Its a steady. It's actually really nice. More
