Sales was fine, but used car management was horrible. Several items weren't taken care of or over looked when the car was prepped. Started with the wipers and cabin air filter. We were told the cabin are filter was replaced upon purchasing the car. It wasn't (maybe never was) and I replaced it along with the wipers. Picture were shared with service and sales. Not really an apology nor offer to reimburse. Battery had a bad cell and was replaced. Turns out noise when braking was remedied by replacing all rotors and pads, which clearly shows lack integrity of the original inspection. Also figured out there was one tire that was a different make and model from the other three. Used car manager wanted to leave it that way until I pushed back. In the notes on the service invoice, it states that some of the wheels are bent and is causing some vibration. Says see notes for recommendation, but don't see those notes and it wasn't gone over with me, so not sure if its a problem or not outside of the vibration. Saleswoman, finance and I believe service were fine, but whomever is responsible for prepping used cars and making decisions that directly impact your customers did a horrible job. Unfortunately, that's what highlights my experience. The good thing was that outside the wipers and cabin air filter it didn't cost me any extra except for the fact it took two weeks. More

Screen is messed up after they updated software. Issue not fixed. Had to document and return multiple times over a year to get the service center even consider looking at it. Awful. Issue not fixed.
