I was able to find the right vehicle for my very specific requirements and get it swapped to this dealer in a relatively expeditious fashion (the other dealer was the hold up). The financing part was efficient and without any surprises. I especially appreciated Tyler taking the time to show me and my family all the features of the car after the sale. I've never had anyone do that before! I'll expect to work with Tyler and Troncalli in a few years when I'm ready for my next new car. More

More so if the dealership, or, in this case, the salesman doesn't take you as a serious buyer. Being just 20 and and looking even younger I came to expect that sort of treatment. I had visited multiple dealerships the week prior, and every single one brushed me off, kept me waiting all day (and I mean sunup till sundown) just to end up with no deal. Finally I ended up at Troncalli where Mr. Tyler Grant greeted my fiance and me with respect and immediately began working with us. The process was comfortable, professional, courteous and QUICK. Very efficient. We found a great truck, and the rest is history. More
