I went to several dealer The easiest auto buying experience I've ever had. I started shopping around for a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee back in October. I went to several dealers near me and was not able to get the Jeep for the price I wanted. I pretty much stopped looking and decided to wait until the year end clearance sales. Then I came across Troncalli's website. I emailed their internet sales department and got a response from Tyler Grant. He was very upfront with the pricing and financing and I was able to get the Jeep very very close to the price I wanted to pay. The price we negotiated was $2,200 better than the lowest price I was able to negotiate with any other dealer. What sold me was not only the price, but the help that I got from Tyler. He was able to find a rebate (affiliate member) I qualified for that I did not know even existed. I live 80 miles from Troncalli and it was worth the drive to work with a great group of professionals including Tyler Grant and Kim Shelley. THANK YOU gentleman for all your help. Had a better price from another dealer...said he would do better by $500...go back...oh, they do not have a car. No they are unable to find a car. They just bait you to come back and try to upsell you. I called the General Manager a few days later to complain that they submitted our papers for a Chrysler auto loan even though we had never signed a contract. The bank called me to verify. The GM never bothered to return my call. I would never recommend this dealership. More
