We just purchased our first JEEP Wrangler Rubicon from Troncalli this past Friday. We dealt with Kevin; he returned my calls promptly and was great to work with during the buying process. After the sale was complete, Kevin turned us over to Tyler. Tyler was great! He took extra time with us even though it was close to closing time. He explained all the features of the Jeep thoroughly and answered our questions. He went through the process of completely removing and putting back on the soft top, which was much appreciated. He even crawled up under the jeep to show us how the disconnect would work if engaged. Both Kevin and Tyler were great to work with. We don’t buy new vehicles very often, but when the time comes again, we will look at Troncalli. More

After a few months of looking for a new/used vehicle, and experiencing to worst in car dealerships in the Metro Atlanta area, I stumbled across Troncalli in Cumming. My wife wanted a three row SUV with some experiencing to worst in car dealerships in the Metro Atlanta area, I stumbled across Troncalli in Cumming. My wife wanted a three row SUV with some options, and everyone knows what a happy wife makes. I found a Jeep Commander at Troncalli which met my families needs. I dreaded contacting them, but I forged ahead to make my wife happy. I now wish I would have just went to them from the beginning. What an easy process, and not your typical corporate dealership. It was an easy deal and they met my terms right away with no games. It is nice to see a dealership treat people like people. Kevin Slatton was a breeze to work with, Roll Tide, and Tyler was able to explain all of the options on the vehicle for my wife and set up many features for her. Next time around I will start my search here first. Thank you. More
