From the moment I had my first conversation with Kevin and Tyler I knew this would not be a typical car buying experience. I got straight answers to ALL my questions, got all the information I requested, and most importantly they weren't looking to "Just make a sale". They were both looking to treat me, not just like a customer, but a member of their family. Little did I know, the best was yet to come! I realized that Kevin and Tyler are a team. No one-upsmanship, just 2 guys working together making sure I got what I was looking for. Tyler was unbelievable. I bought this Challenger sight unseen and Tyler kept me up to date with daily updates on when it was coming in. You would have thought he was buying this car for himself. He took the time necessary to walk me through every aspect of my new Challenger. While I was getting a tutorial from Tyler, Kevin made sure my wife felt at home with the Troncalli hospitality. I have bought many cars in my life and always have left the dealership trying to figure out if I got taken or not. NOT with Troncalli! This place treated me fairly, did not try and sell me anything I was not looking for and I will recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new or used car. More

This was the best delearship I have ever dealt. I contacted the delearship through the internet about a Jeep they had on the lot for sale and they were so nice to work with. They took time to talk to me to determine what type of vechicle I wanted and what I could afford and they did everything they could to get me the vechile I wanted in my price range.
